این دیپلمات اعلام كرد كه از فرصت پیش آمده استفاده می كند تا از دولت ونزوئلا بخواهد به سلامت عمومی توجه بیشتری بكند.

براساس آمار های غیر رسمی سال گذشته یكی از خونبار ترین سال های در ونزوئلا بوده و حدود 19 هزار قتل در سراسر كشور گزارش شده است.

به گزارش ایرنا به نقل از رسانه های افغانستان، 'آغا لالی' نماینده مردم قندهار در شورای استانی قندهار گفت: وی پس از وقوع حادثه به محل رفته و منطقه را از نزدیك بررسی كرده و مردم محل به وی گفته اند كه در این كشتار چندین نظامی امریكایی دست داشتند نه یك سرباز و این جنایت از پیش برنامه ریزی شده بود.

وی تاكید كرد كه باید هیاتی از سوی دولت و نظامیان خارجی تعیین و حادثه را بصورت شفاف بررسی كرده و عاملان جنایت را در دادگاه علنی در داخل افغانستان محاكمه كنند.

یكی از بزرگان قومی كه در تظاهرات شركت كرده بود نیز گفت كه یك نظامی آمریكایی توان این كار را ندارد كه یازده تن را در منزل كشته و اجساد آنان را جمع آوری كرده و پس ازآن آتش بزند.

آنان تاكید كردند كه ادامه این جنایات عكس العمل جدی مردم را در پی خواهد داشت.

'عبدالرحیم ایوبی' نماینده استان قندهار در پارلمان افغانستان كه در این تظاهرات شركت داشت از سازمان ملل متحد و نهادهای حقوق بشری خواست نگذارند زنان ؛ كودكان و غیرنظامیان افغان بدست نظامیان خارجی قتل عام شوند.

سربازان قاتل آمریكایی درحالی كه به سلاح های سنگین مجهز بوده و دوربین دید در شب نیز داشته اند؛ سحرگاه یكشنبه از پایگاه خود خارج می شوند و با یورش وحشیانه به سه خانه روستایی در روستای 'زنگی آباد' منطقه پنجوایی استان قندهار 16 زن و كودك را درحالی كه در خواب بسر می بردند با شلیك گلوله به قتل می رسانند.

خبرگزاریها به نقل از اهالی زنگی آباد گزارش دادند: نظامیان امریكایی پس از انجام این جنایت جنون آمیز یازده جسد غیر نظامیان كشته شده از جمله جسد چهار دختر زیر شش سال را جمع اوری و انها را اتش زدند.

مجلس نمایندگان افغانستان (ولسی جرگه) روز گذشته (دوشنبه) با انتشار بیانیه ایی اعلام كرد كه، 'ما جدا از دولت آمریكا می خواهیم و از آن انتظار داریم تا مجرمان را به سزای اعمال خود برساند و آن ها را در دادگاهی علنی در حضور مردم افغانستان محاكمه كند.'

سازمان ملل در گزارشی اعلام كرده است تنها در سال گذشته میلادی 2777 غیرنظامی افغان براثر حملات نیروهای خارجی در افغانستان جان خود را از دست داده اند.

براساس گزارش گروه های حقوق بشری ؛ 34 هزار غیرنظامی افغان تنها توسط نیروهای بین المللی كمك به امنیت افغانستان ( ایساف) از سال 2001 میلادی تاكنون كشته شده اند.

به گزارش ایرنا از روابط عمومی نكوداشت استاد محمود حكیمی، محمد میركیانی 'حكیمی' را فردی ارزشمند و موج‌آفرین در ادبیات كودك و نوجوان خواند و گفت: وی با نگاهی متفاوت به ادبیات دینی و ادبیاتی كه در مراكز مذهبی جریان داشت نوعی پویایی در ادبیات كودك و نوجوان ایجاد كرد.

وی افزود: بسیاری از نویسندگان بعد از محمود حكیمی تحت تاثیر وی قرار گرفتند و همین موضوع جریانی نو در ادبیات كودك و نوجوان رقم زد.‏

وی تجلیل از این نویسنده را ضروری خواند و افزود: كاری كه حكیمی انجام داد فراتر از ادبیات بود؛ از این رو برای قدردانی از زحمات این نویسنده برگزاری مراسم تقدیر و تجلیل از وی لازم و ضروری است.

میركیانی ویژگی بارز آثار محمود حكیمی را جذابیت و دوری از شعارزدگی دانست و تصریح كرد: آثاری كه در اختیار كودكان و نوجوانان قرار می‌گیرد باید باورپذیر، لذت‌بخش و جذاب باشند و در كنار این‌ها بتوانند نوجوانان را به سمت و سوی سعادت و خوشبختی رهنمون كنند. آثار حكیمی دارای همین ویژگی‌ها بود و نگاهش به ادبیات دینی از شعارزدگی به دور بود و عمیق، گسترده به مسایل دینی می‌نگریست.‏

* نویسنده معاصر: تقدیر از بزرگان حوزه‌ ادبیات داستانی حركتی شایسته است

'كامران پارسی‌نژاد' نویسنده معاصر گفت: تقدیر از اساتید در قید حیات حوزه ادبیات داستانی كارشایسته‌ای است چرا كه قبلا رسم بر این بوده كه از نویسندگانی كه در قید حیات نیستند تقدیر شود.

وی افزود: تقدیر از نویسندگان در قید حیات كه با هدف جریان‌سازی اصولی و منطقی صورت گرفته نوعی دلگرمی برای نویسندگان است.

*احمد عربلو: تقدیر از نویسندگان در قید حیات اگر چه دیر اما خوب است

احمد عربلو نویسنده ادبیات داستانی گفت: تقدیر از نویسندگان در قید حیات اگرچه دیرهنگام انجام گرفت ولی به هر حال انجام آن كار بسیار خوب و شایسته است.

وی افزود: بسیاری از اساتید و نویسندگان در حوزه ادبیات داستانی تلاش‌های بسیاری داشته‌اند و در واقع در این حوزه حق دارند.

عربلو گفت: امیدوارم این بزرگداشت‌ها ادامه یابد چرا كه بسیاری از پیشكسوتان نویسنده كشورمان به خصوص در حوزه ادبیات داستانی تلاش‌های بی‌شائبه‌ای داشته‌اند و باید از زحمات آنها تقدیر شود.

مراسم بزرگداشت استاد محمود حكیمی فردا دوشنبه با حضور مسولان فرهنگی كشور در پژوهشگاه فرهنگ و هنر برگزار می شود.
